Systems

An underwater remotely operated vehicle (ROV) is a complex system that consists of several components that work together to enable it to operate effectively in underwater environments. CPR Aquatic has experience in manufacturing the key component frame-sets for these vehicles.

Frame and Body

The frame and body of an underwater ROV provide the structural support necessary to maintain its shape and stability. They are typically made of materials such as engineered plastics of specialty alloys, which are strong enough to withstand the harsh underwater environment.

We use the highest quality HDPE to machine and manufacture these components for long lasting durability.

Design

The component design of an underwater ROV is critical to its ability to function effectively in the challenging underwater environment. Each component must be carefully selected and integrated with the others to ensure that the ROV can operate safely and efficiently.

CPR Aquatic has the experience to help guide you on the process of material selection and design.
